We're so excited to send you locally-made goods! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping, local delivery, and pickup options.
Shipping

Shipping Locations: We are currently able to ship our products within Canada only.

Shipping Rates:

Free Regular Shipping: Available in Ontario and Québec for orders over $150.

Flatpack Mailer Rate ($6 or less): This option has no tracking and is available for small, flat items like greeting cards, artwork, or chocolate bars.

Flat Rate ($14.95): For larger parcels within Ontario and Québec.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, and ICS. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at checkout.

Shipping Times: Please allow for up to 48 hours of handling time before your order ships. Average shipping times are typically 2-7 days across Canada, but may take longer.

Backordered Items: If your order contains a backordered item, all items will ship together at the later date. You can contact us at hello@phuckhangaudio.com to arrange for multiple shipments, though additional shipping costs may apply.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that some items are too large or unique to be shipped (e.g. furniture, larger frames, live plants). These items can still be purchased online with an in-store pickup option or with Ottawa-Gatineau local delivery below. We will contact you if there has been a mistake at checkout.
Local Delivery (Ottawa-Gatineau Area) with Trexity

Delivery Area: We deliver to postal codes within 60km of our store, with rates starting at $7.

Delivery Schedule: Orders placed by 11 am (EST) will be delivered on the same day; orders placed after that will be delivered the following day.

Accepting Your Package: The purchaser should receive an email when the package is out for delivery. The driver will attempt to call if no one answers the door.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If a delivery to a house fails, the driver will leave the package in a safe place.

If a delivery to an apartment or condo fails, the package may not be left unattended.

If a package is returned to our store after a failed attempt, your order will be switched to free local pickup, and you will be notified.

A second delivery attempt can be arranged for a $15 + HST fee. If a second attempt fails, we will refund the order with a 50% restocking fee to cover our costs.

If you prefer a shipping depot pickup after a failed delivery, we recommend choosing ICS or Purolator at checkout.
Local Pickup

Cost: This is a free option for all orders!

Pickup Location: All in-store pickups are at our flagship store at 987 Wellington St. W. in Hintonburg.

Pickup Time: Orders will be held for three weeks from the order date. If you fail to pick up your order within this time frame, it will be cancelled with a 25% restocking fee, and the remaining 75% will be refunded to your original payment method.
